"Astra VXR intercooler.This is a direct replacement with all that's needed including AC re location brackets and is a great modification for the VXR engines.Will improve throttle response massively and give you extra power through the rev range, also keeping charge temps down massively too.The intake temps with this intercooler dropped down to 25-27 degrees over 3 runs on the dyno and even less on the road. The standard intake temps were 65-70 degrees when the car was at the same temp.The aluminium hard pipes are 60mm diameter which is matched perfectly to the size of the throttle body and thin walled for maximum inside diameter.
